Impact Scale LLC is seeking a conversion-focused, highly analytical Product UX/UI Designer to join our powerhouse performance marketing team. This role is ideal for a designer who pairs exceptional visual execution with a deep, scientific understanding of conversion psychology and consumer engagement. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping both our internal high-volume operational products and our customer-facing brand experiences that reach millions of users daily. You will not build passive, purely aesthetic landing pages; you will engineer intuitive, high-velocity digital user flows, multi-step capture systems, and responsive layouts designed specifically to optimize consumer action. Partnering directly with developers and marketing stakeholders, you will act as a main bridge between raw traffic and scale.
Key Responsibilities
Interface Engineering & Conversion Architecture
Direct-Response Design: Architect intuitive, visually gripping user interfaces (UI) for web properties, mobile platforms, and interactive digital products.
Funnel System Development: Create structured wireframes, functional interactive prototypes, and scalable UI systems for marketing funnels, complex applications, multi-step lead capture flows, and digital campaigns.
Conversion Optimization: Audit active website layouts and consumer touchpoints to continuously optimize interfaces for maximum conversion rate lift, frictionless usability, and extreme interaction performance.
Component Execution: Design conversion elements such as custom landing pages, user verification paths, interactive widgets, and direct-response digital marketing creative assets.
Technical Design & Collaborative Systems
Cross-Functional Synchronization: Collaborate tightly with frontend developers, performance marketers, product managers, and content creators to deliver unified, brand-compliant digital assets.
Mobile-First & Accessibility Governance: Implement mobile-first, highly responsive, and accessible web standards (WCAG compliance) to ensure flawless performance across all screen resolutions and browser types.
Technical Troubleshooting: Rapidly diagnose and resolve complex interface breaks, visual layout bugs, or user experience friction flags across live properties.
Modern Workflow Innovation: Integrate advanced AI-driven design tools and modern automated design workflows to accelerate prototyping and lower concept-to-deployment times.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience Depth: 3+ years of progressive professional experience as a UX/UI Designer, Product Designer, or Interaction Designer inside a high-volume performance marketing, lead generation, or growth-stage tech startup.
Figma & Design Stack Mastery: Advanced, elite-level command of Figma(design systems, auto-layout, advanced prototyping), Miro, and modern collaboration frameworks.
Conversion Literacy: Strong, verified history of designing conversion-focused landing pages, high-converting digital products, marketing funnels, and performance layouts where data guides final design choices.
Technical Foundation: A strong working knowledge of frontend web technologies (HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript) is highly preferred to ensure seamless handoffs to developer infrastructure.
Core Attributes: Impeccable mastery of visual hierarchy, responsive spacing, advanced typography rules, and strategic color balance. Strong project management habits under high-velocity sprint conditions.
Portfolio Requirement: A comprehensive, mandatory design portfolio demonstrating deep user journey mappings, interactive mobile UX flows, and live high-conversion landing page or web interfaces.
