Impact Scale LLC is seeking an experienced, highly strategic Head of Product to own the product vision, roadmap, and execution across Impact Scale and all of its corporate subsidiaries. Please note: This is not a traditional product management role inside a single software company.This is a high-impact portfolio leadership position overseeing multiple concurrent products, internal operational systems, generative AI initiatives, deep automation tools, digital consumer experiences, and emerging technology ventures across several independent business lines.

You understand how to align technical architectures with bottom-line profitability, thriving inside an entrepreneurial, fast-moving framework. Partnering directly with the executive suite, you will build a scalable product ecosystem that serves as a massive competitive multiplier.
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Vision & Lifecycle Strategy
Long-Term Architecture: Own, evolve, and defend the long-term product vision across all multi-entity Impact Scale companies.
Roadmap Governance: Develop and maintain unified product roadmaps that map directly to core enterprise scaling and profitability targets.
Full-Lifecycle Launch: Lead the complete product management lifecycle from raw concept and prototyping to full-scale technical launch.
Specification Definition: Translate ambiguous leadership goals into highly structured product requirements, user stories, and detailed technical specifications.
AI Integration & Workflow Automation
AI Championing: Drive the aggressive adoption of cutting-edge generative AI capabilities across internal products and daily company operations.
Automation Engineering: Continuous evaluation of software automation tools to systematically eliminate workflow inefficiencies and maximize organizational velocity.
Innovation & Experimentation: Foster a disciplined internal culture of rapid experimentation, competitive tracking, and technical validation before dedicating engineering resources.
Cross-Functional Operations & Delivery
High-Velocity Alignment: Partner tightly with Engineering, Data Analytics, Design, Operations, and Marketing teams to eliminate roadblocks and keep code shipping daily.
Process Standardization: Architect scalable product development processes, establishing clear documentation standards, sprint planning frameworks, and predictable release cadences.
Metric-Driven Management: Implement performance dashboards and track key product health indicators to create repeatable, simultaneously scaling systems.
Organizational Leadership & Culture
Department Scale: Recruit, mentor, manage, and upskill a high-performing product organization of Product Managers, Product Owners, and UX practitioners as the company expands.
Accountability Cultivation: Instill a pervasive team culture rooted in absolute ownership, speed, accountability, and measurable commercial outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills
Required
Experience Level: 5+ years of progressive experience in Product Management or Product Leadership capacities.
Portfolio Depth: Proven track record managing and launching multiple digital products, SaaS tools, or internal software systems simultaneously.
Engineering Fluency: Deep, thorough understanding of modern agile software development processes and a native aptitude for partnering with technical engineering teams.
Core Attributes: Elite critical thinking, precise prioritized decision-making in fast-shifting environments, and an entrepreneurial bias toward rapid execution.
Preferred
Direct experience operating within high-growth FinTech, SaaS, MarTech, Lead Generation, or Performance Marketing environments.
Hands-on experience integrating functional AI layers into customer-facing products or enterprise workflows.
Demonstrated history of successfully scaling products and leading distributed, technical teams inside high-growth corporate engines.
