Impact Scale is seeking to hire an Advertiser Manager to support our Media Buyers by managing advertiser relationships, campaign coordination, and performance oversight. This role acts as the bridge between advertisers/clients and the media buying team, ensuring campaigns launch smoothly, optimize effectively, and scale profitably.

This is not a hands-on media buying role — it’s focused on support, coordination, performance management and new opportunities for the team to execute on.
Key Responsibilities:

Media Buyer Support

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Media Buyers regarding advertiser needs and campaign requirements

  • Coordinate campaign launches, creatives, budgets, and tracking with media buyers

  • Monitor campaign pacing, delivery, and performance across accounts

  • Identify issues early and work with media buyers to troubleshoot and optimize

Advertiser / Client Management

  • Manage day-to-day communication with advertisers or internal demand partners

  • Understand advertiser goals, KPIs, and lead quality expectations

  • Ensure advertiser requirements are clearly communicated to media buyers

  • Prepare performance summaries and insights for advertisers

  • Finding and onboarding new advertisers and offers

Campaign Performance & Operations

  • Track campaign results (CPL, CPA, ROAS, lead quality)

  • Flag underperforming campaigns and propose action plans

  • Coordinate creative refreshes, budget changes, and scaling strategies

  • Ensure compliance with advertiser guidelines and platform policies

Qualifications/Skills:

  • 2–5+ years experience in digital advertising, lead generation, or performance marketing

  • Technology forward and up to date with latest trends

  • Ability to lead and grow a team

  • General understanding of links, tracking, cookies, redirects

  • Warm people skills and relationship building

  • Experience supporting or managing media buyers or advertising accounts

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret performance metrics

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, performance-focused environments
