Assistant Partner Manager

Impact Scale is seeking to hire an Assistant Partner Manager to support the growth, management, optimization, and day-to-day operations of our Finance/Loans vertical partnerships. This role works directly with data partners and internal operations teams to ensure smooth execution, strong partner communication, healthy lead flow performance, and ongoing optimization across the business. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced performance marketing environment.

Position & Duties

This role involves supporting and working with the Impact Scale teams in various capacities listed below. Your primary duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Responding to daily chats, emails, and communication with partners.

  • Assisting in onboarding new partners and data feeds.

  • Monitoring data feeds, lead delivery, accept rates, compliance, and overall partner performance.

  • Communicating with internal teams regarding optimizations, performance issues, and scaling opportunities.

  • Participating in weekly meetings with leadership to discuss partner performance and optimization strategies.

  • Tracking and analyzing key performance metrics for each partner and campaign.

  • Providing regular internal updates regarding partner performance, trends, opportunities, and operational issues.

  • Monitoring for fraudulent, suspicious, or non-compliant activity.

  • Assisting with setup and troubleshooting of tracking links, redirects, post-backs, and routing systems.

  • Supporting day-to-day operational execution across the Loans vertical.

  • Helping ensure opportunities and partner requests are followed up on quickly and professionally.

  • Positive attitude with a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

  • Experience in lead generation, affiliate marketing, fintech, lending, or performance marketing is a plus.
