Overview


The Conversion Funnel/Form Builder (AI) at Impact Scale is responsible for architecting and optimizing high-performance funnels that support our in-house offers, affiliate campaigns, SaaS products, and lead-generation operations using AI tools. This role directly supports our media buyers, campaign engineers, and development team by ensuring every funnel is fast, scalable, compliant, and conversion-focused.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, design, and build marketing funnels for Impact Scale’s internal offers and partner campaigns (landing pages, lead forms, sales flows, upsells, downsells, thank-you paths).

  • Develop a consumer flow and journey visually.

  • Improve and optimize current funnels. Analyze data, consumer engagement and the design of the current funnels.

  • Implement and maintain accurate tracking (UTMs, pixels, server-side events, postbacks, webhook integrations)

  • Work closely with campaign engineers to ensure funnels meet speed, stability, and compliance requirements.

  • Collaborate with designers and copywriters to produce clean, conversion-optimized layouts.

  • Run structured A/B tests to improve CTR, CVR, CPL, AOV, and overall funnel performance.

  • Build and refine interactive components like quizzes, multi-step lead forms, calculators, and dynamic content blocks.

  • Diagnose funnel issues quickly and support rapid iteration cycles required for high-volume performance marketing.

  • Maintain documentation, wireframes, SOPs, and version control for all funnel assets across teams.


Required Skills

  • Good understanding and experience with AI tools like (builder.io, lovable, cursor)

  • A good eye for design for forms (portfolio required)

  • Demonstrated ability to build high-converting funnels specifically in a performance marketing environment.

  • Strong understanding of direct-response marketing, user psychology, and conversion rate optimization.

  • Proficiency in major funnel and page-building platforms (Webflow, WordPress, GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, or custom environments).

  • Familiarity with attribution systems (Everflow, RedTrack), event tracking, and pixel setup.

  • Strong communication skills to work with media buyers, developers, and campaign engineers.

  • Comfortable executing fast, iterative builds with tight deadlines.
