Email Marketing Associate

Impact Scale is hiring an Email Marketing Associate to help build and scale our email marketing channel. This is a hands-on, entry-level role for someone who is curious, analytical, and excited about learning how large-scale email marketing systems work. You don’t need to be an expert — we’ll teach you the infrastructure, tools, and strategies. What we’re looking for is someone who is detail-oriented, technically curious, and motivated to grow in an intra-preneurial environment where team members take ownership and help drive new channels forward. You’ll work directly with our team to launch, test, and scale email campaigns across multiple verticals, with the opportunity to become a key operator responsible for growing this channel over time.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting with the setup and execution of email campaigns
• Supporting daily email operations including campaigns and triggers
• Monitoring campaign performance and identifying trends
• Helping test subject lines, creatives, and landing pages
• Learning how email infrastructure works (domains, IP warm-up, deliverability)
• Working with the team to improve campaign performance and profitability
• Helping scale email campaigns from small tests to large-volume sends

What We’re Looking For

• Curious and eager to learn technical marketing systems
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working with data and performance metrics
• Basic understanding of digital marketing is a plus (not required)
• Basic technical comfort (spreadsheets, tools, platforms)
• Self-starter who likes figuring things out
• Positive attitude and willingness to grow
