Internal Account Manager
About the Role:
We’re looking for an Internal Account Manager to help drive the performance of our in-house Product. You’ll work side-by-side with our product manager to track numbers, run tests, implement ideas, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks. If you love numbers, enjoy building systems, and thrive on executing fast — this is your chance to get in early and grow with us.
What You'll Do:
Monitor and report daily performance of our loan product and ping tree funnel
Help run A/B tests and track their outcomes
Implement optimization ideas and process improvements quickly
Coordinate with the product manager to turn strategies into action
Maintain clean spreadsheets and performance logs
What You Bring:
Basic spreadsheet and data tracking skills (Google Sheets / Excel)
Analytical by nature – you enjoy breaking down numbers
Fast implementer – you execute quickly, without waiting for permission
Curious problem-solver – you ask the right questions and dig until you understand
Process builder – you like making things more efficient and scalable
