Media Buying Operations Assistant

Impact Scale is looking for a Media Buying Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day infrastructure behind our paid media team. This is not a media buying role. Your job is to make sure our buyers have the accounts, profiles, domains, tracking, landing pages, pixels, and payment setup they need to keep campaigns running.

Simple goal: keep the media buying team online and ready to scale.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain Facebook ad accounts

• Manage Facebook profiles, proxies, and Adspower

• Keep media buyers supplied with active and backup accounts

• Warm up new accounts through organic activity and boosted posts

• Build landing pages from existing templates

• Purchase and manage domains

• Set up Everflow users, tracking, and postbacks

• Connect Facebook pixels to the correct accounts

• Monitor Facebook account balances and handle top-ups

• Troubleshoot payment, tracking, account, and setup issues

• Keep all accounts, profiles, domains, and systems organized

What Success Looks Like

This role is measured by media buyer uptime and infrastructure readiness.

On a normal week:

• Every media buyer has 3+ usable advertising accounts running or available.

• The team maintains 15+ backup accounts ready or actively warming.

• Accounts are funded before balances become an issue.

• New accounts are correctly connected to profiles, proxies, pixels, domains, landing pages, and Everflow.

• Account or infrastructure problems are identified and resolved quickly.

• Media buyers aren't waiting on operational setup before they can launch or scale.

• Comfortable learning new software

• Good at troubleshooting

• Reliable with recurring tasks

• Proactive and able to work independently

• Comfortable managing many accounts and systems at once

• Strong at following SOPs and checklists

• Clear and responsive in communication

Experience with Meta/Facebook Ads, Adspower, proxies, Everflow, domains, landing pages, or affiliate marketing is helpful, but not required. We care most about organization, technical ability, reliability, and ownership.
