Performance Marketing | Pay-Per-Call | Revenue Growth

We’re hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale our Calls channel. We operate high-volume performance marketplaces across Email, SMS, and Digital Traffic. Calls is an established channel with real volume and significant upside — and we’re looking for a growth-driven operator to take it to the next level. This is not a maintenance role. This is a revenue ownership seat.


What You’ll Own

  • Call supplier relationships

  • Advertiser / buyer demand expansion

  • Payout structure optimization (CPC / CPA / Rev Share)

  • Routing & monetization performance

  • Margin improvement

  • Compliance & call quality standards

  • Daily performance reporting & pacing

Who You Are

  • Experience in pay-per-call networks or call marketplaces

  • Background in affiliate / performance marketing

  • Understands ping trees and call routing logic

  • Experienced negotiating payouts and buyer rates

  • Strong in margin optimization and performance analytics

  • Comfortable owning numbers and being measured on growth
